It’s not surprising that moving home ranks in the top ten list of most stressful experiences in life. Unfortunately we can’t help you with the boxes but we can make it really easy to move your energy contract to your new place. As long as you’re staying within the area we retail in, we can arrange to transfer your contract in two quick steps.

Ensure that you have a copy of your account number handy. If you are planning on continuing to have us supply your energy at your new home, you'll also need details of your new address.
Just call us on 133 298 as soon as possible before the big move! We’re available any time from 8am to 7pm weekdays or from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
