Once set up, the total of each energy account (less any Prompt Payment Discount, if your plan includes one) will be withdrawn from your nominated credit card. Don’t worry, you’ll still receive each account in the mail. It will tell you the Due Date, so you know exactly when the charge will be made to your credit card.
Just something to check before you register.
It takes at least five business days for us to complete your registration. So just check the Due Date and make sure you’ve got enough time before your bill is due. If there are less than five days, please pay this bill via one of our other payment options and set up your
EnergyPay Direct™
after the Due Date.
