It helps to have one less thing to worry about, doesn’t it. Setting up a Direct Debit from a bank, credit union or building society account, is super easy. You just have to fill in the Direct Debit Application Form below, and return it to the address provided.
Once set up, the total of each energy account (less any Prompt Payment Discount, if your plan includes one) will be withdrawn from your nominated account on the Due Date. Of course we’ll let you know when this is going to happen. We’ll still send you your account in the mail with the Due Date, so you can make sure there’s enough cash in your account on that day.
Before you register, just check your diary. We need at least five business days before your Due Date to sort everything out. So if there are less than five days, please pay this bill via one of our other payment options. Send us your Direct Debit Application Form after the Due Date and everything we'll do the rest.
