Moving home can be stressful. That’s why at Australian Power & Gas, we’ve made moving your energy contract from your old place to your new place simple and easy. As long as you are moving to an area where Australian Power & Gas is currently retailing, you can arrange to transfer your contract by simply following the below two steps!
Step 1: Please ensure you have a copy of an Australian Power & Gas account with you, or you have your Australian Power & Gas account number handy. If you are planning on continuing to have Australian Power & Gas supply your energy at your new home, you will also need details of your new address.
Step 2: Please call 133 298 at least three business days before the big move! We’re available any time from 8am to 7pm weekdays or from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Select ‘option 4’ to speak to the member of our team who can best help you with your move.
