HOW TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT

We have Direct Debit payments available. Payments for your energy accounts can be debited directly from your nominated bank, credit union or building society. At this stage, we do not accept credit cards for Direct Debit. You will still get each account sent to you through the post. It will advise you of the date the payment will be debited from your account, so you can ensure enough funds are in your chosen bank account on that day. The entire account total will be withdrawn as one payment on the date stated on the account.
