Australian Power & Gas offers you a number of convenient payment options, including direct payments from your cheque or savings account or credit card on the Due Date of every account.

EnergyPay™, Australian Power & Gas’ own payment channel, offers you the choice of making one off payments over the phone or online or setting up direct payments from your credit card online (EnergyPay Direct™).

Direct payments from your credit card with EnergyPay™ Direct

Setting up direct payments from your credit card online is easy with EnergyPay Direct™. Simply click the link below to set up EnergyPay Direct™ and nominate your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card to pay the full amount of every account, on the Due Date. If your plan includes a Prompt Payment Discount, this will automatically be deducted from the total of each direct payment from your credit card.

To register for EnergyPay Direct™ with a current account, please ensure there are at least five business days before the Due Date to allow time for your registration to be completed. If there are less than five days to the Due Date of your current account, please pay it via another of our payment options, and set up EnergyPay Direct™ after the Due Date.

One off payments from your credit card with EnergyPay™

Using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card with EnergyPay™ is simple, quick and most importantly, secure. Just follow the link below to make a one off payment now! You'll need your Reference Number, which you can find in the payment section of your Australian Power & Gas accounts, and the amount you wish to pay. We'll also ask for your email address, so we can send you a receipt. If your plan includes a Prompt Payment Discount, don't forget to pay your account by the Due Date. The Total, less your Prompt Payment Discount, is shown below the Due Date on each of your accounts.

Direct Debit from your cheque or savings account Another easy way to pay your account is to set up a Direct Debit from your nominated cheque or savings account.

Simply download the Direct Debit Request form here and we will debit your nominated bank, credit union or building society account for the full amount of every account, on the Due Date. If your plan includes a Prompt Payment Discount, this will automatically be deducted from the total of each direct debit.

Even if you’re signed up to direct debits or direct payments from your credit card, you will still receive your accounts in the mail. It will advise you of the Due Date, so you can ensure enough funds are available for us to take the payment.

The entire account total (less any Prompt Payment Discount, if your plan includes one) will be withdrawn as one payment. If you have any trouble downloading the Direct Debit Request form, or signing up to direct payments from your credit card, simply call us on 133 298 for assistance.
